branch-mongoose provides safari route planning services, including GPS waypoints, timing recommendations, and travel guidance for South African national parks. Our services are informational and advisory in nature. We provide route guidance based on extensive field research and local knowledge.
Wildlife behaviour is inherently unpredictable. While our routes are designed to maximise the probability of wildlife encounters, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific sightings. Animal movements depend on numerous factors including weather, season, territorial changes, and natural behaviours beyond human control or prediction.

Route packages purchased from us are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased route materials with third parties.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.
Digital route packages are non-refundable once delivered, as they contain proprietary information that cannot be returned. Consultation services may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours of a consultation are non-refundable. Please contact us to discuss specific circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, branch-mongoose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
