We are based in Hoedspruit, the gateway town to the central Kruger National Park and surrounding private reserves. Our office sits within the Lowveld region, giving us direct access to the parks we document.
While we primarily operate digitally—delivering route packages via email and conducting consultations through video calls—visitors to the area are welcome to arrange an in-person meeting. Please contact us in advance to schedule.
Enquiries received during business hours typically receive a response within four hours. Messages sent outside of business hours are addressed first thing the following morning. For urgent matters, please indicate this in your subject line.
